Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM Analyst

Job Summary
Implement and support end-to-end solution design for Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM, Absence management, Time and Labor, Performance, Goal, and Compensation modules. Lead global implementations by analyzing business processes, recommending best practices, and configuring accrual formulas, eligibility profiles, and compensation plans. Design redwood pages, develop OTBI reports and extracts, and manage integrations via Oracle OIC, REST API, and HCM Data Loader. Contribute to the full software development lifecycle from requirements through design, build, test, and deploy. Participate in scenario design and flow mapping for complex implementations across EMEA, USA, and APAC jurisdictions.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of techno-Functional experience
- Experience with large & complex implementations of Oracle cloud HCM
- Experience in writing fast formulas
- Experience with HCM Data Loader
- Knowledge in redwood pages
- Experience with different integration technologies such as: Oracle OIC/REST API and HDL
- Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud architecture and underlying tables/views
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science
- Ability to relate the product functionality to business processes
- Must have knowledge in redwood pages and customize pages
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in different integration technologies such as: Oracle OIC/REST API and HDL
