Job Summary
Conduct workshops and training sessions with users to ensure effective utilization of financial modules. Independently create solutions for process areas and configure Oracle Fusion Financial modules including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Fixed Assets. Troubleshoot complex functional issues and collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless system integration. Create documentation such as fit gap documents, configuration guides, and user training materials. Requires 5 to 7 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Financial modules and proven implementation experience. Open to local and expat candidates residing in the Philippines for a morning shift hybrid role in Makati.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field
- 5 to 7 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Financial modules
- Proven experience in at least 2 end-to-end Oracle Fusion Financial implementations
- Proven experience in designing Integrations to/From Oracle Cloud From/To 3rd party systems like Salesforce, Zuora, Bank, RevPro etc
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
