Job Summary
Lead and manage the delivery of multiple Oracle Fusion SCM projects, ensuring successful execution and client satisfaction. Configure and customize SCM modules including Inventory Management, Order Management, Product Master Data Management, Supply Chain Orchestration, and Procurement. Collaborate with clients to understand business needs, develop strategic solutions, and engage in presales consulting, solution architecture, and effort estimation. Foster strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor to ensure maximum value from SCM investments. Requires 10+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion SCM and 5+ end-to-end implementations. Morning shift, hybrid setup (3x onsite per week) in Makati, open to local and expat candidates.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, supply chain management, information technology, or a related field
- More than 10 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion SCM modules and sub-modules
- At least 5 end-to-end implementation experiences with Oracle Fusion SCM
- Proven experience in people management and team leadership
- Extensive experience in business development and presales, including providing solutions and effort estimation
- In-depth knowledge of SCM processes, including inventory management, order management, procurement, and supply chain planning
- Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership abilities
