Job Summary
Gather business requirements, perform gap analysis, and provide solutions to meet business needs for Oracle Fusion SCM implementations. Lead system design, configuration, testing, and go-live support for modules including Inventory Management, Order Management, and Procurement. Configure and customize SCM processes while conducting user training and creating documentation. Provide post-implementation support and troubleshoot issues to ensure deliverables meet client expectations for scope, budget, quality, and schedule. Work collaboratively in a team environment to manage client relationships effectively. This hybrid role in Makati requires a morning shift with three onsite days per week and is open to local and expat candidates residing in the Philippines.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, information technology, or a related field
- 5 to 7 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion SCM modules and sub-modules
- At least 2 end-to-end implementation experiences with Oracle Fusion SCM
- Strong understanding of supply chain processes and best practices
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage client relationships effectively
