Job Summary
Gather business requirements, perform gap analysis, and provide solutions to meet business needs for Oracle Fusion SCM implementations. Lead and support system design, configuration, testing, and go-live support across Inventory Management, Order Management, Product Master Data Management, Supply Chain Orchestration, and Procurement modules. Configure and customize these areas while conducting user training and creating documentation for SCM processes. Provide post-implementation support and troubleshoot issues as needed to ensure project deliverables meet client expectations for scope, budget, quality, and schedule. This role requires a Bachelor's degree and 5 to 7 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion SCM, with at least 2 end-to-end implementation experiences. Candidates must possess strong analytical and communication skills to manage client relationships effectively in a hybrid setup in Makati.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, information technology, or a related field
- 5 to 7 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion SCM modules and sub-modules
- At least 2 end-to-end implementation experiences with Oracle Fusion SCM
- Strong understanding of supply chain processes and best practices
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage client relationships effectively
