Job Summary
Lead multiple Oracle Fusion SCM implementation projects, configuring modules like Inventory Management, Order Management, and Procurement to align with client business goals. Provide expert guidance on SCM best practices, collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, and design solutions through workshops and UAT. Mentor junior consultants while supporting business development activities such as pre-sales consulting, solution design, and effort estimation. Requires 8 to 10 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion SCM and at least three end-to-end implementations. Morning shift, hybrid setup (3x onsite per week) in Makati, open to local and expat candidates.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or related field
- 8 to 10 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion SCM modules and sub-modules
- At least 3 end-to-end implementation experiences with Oracle Fusion SCM
- Demonstrated experience in business development and presales activities
- Extensive knowledge of SCM processes, including inventory management, order management, procurement, and supply chain planning
- Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills
- Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver high-quality solutions
