Oracle Functional Architect - Planning & Scheduling

Job Summary
Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Oracle Primavera Cloud (OPC)/P6 scheduling and project portfolio management, including scheduling, portfolio tracking, resource and cost management, dashboards, and collaboration to support enterprise project execution. Support project managers in schedule creation, maintenance, and monitoring; ensure data integration with Oracle Fusion PPM; develop dashboards and reports to monitor timelines and variances. Conduct end-to-end solution design and implementation across OPC/P6, with potential experience in Fusion PPM, and translate business requirements into OPC/Oracle Fusion solutions while building prototypes in Sandbox and supporting testing (unit, integration, UAT). Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and lead site readiness, pilot design, cutover, and go-live activities. Requires a Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of hands-on OPC/P6 experience; construction/engineering background is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Computer Science, or a related field
- 10+ years hands-on implementation experience with Oracle Primavera Cloud (OPC)/P6
- Experience in scheduling, portfolio management, resource and cost management, and dashboards
- Experience in 3-5 full end-to-end solution design and implementation projects of OPC/P6 and integrating with Oracle Fusion PPM
