Job Summary
Develop, enhance, and maintain custom software components for banking applications while analyzing requirements to provide technical solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in banking systems, ensuring improved performance and reliability through existing software maintenance. Document software designs, processes, and code changes, then collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions. Provide guidance and support to junior team members as a subject matter expert. Requires 3+ years of Oracle FLEXCUBE Core Banking experience, SDLC and Agile knowledge, and strong troubleshooting skills. Based in Bengaluru for on-site work.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Oracle FLEXCUBE Core Banking
- Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
- Experience in designing and implementing scalable software solutions
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Experience with banking application development and enhancements
- Knowledge of database management and integration techniques
- Ability to work independently and contribute as an SME
- Good collaboration and communication skills
