Job Summary
Lead the end-to-end design, delivery, and program management for client Oracle finance transformations, acting as the finance design authority across the Oracle estate. Own the entire solution architecture for Record-to-Report, Order-to-Cash, and Procure-to-Pay processes, setting standards for enterprise structure, chart of accounts, and master data. Manage senior stakeholders in front of the client while coaching the team and driving AI-augmented delivery using embedded Fusion AI and agents. Grow existing accounts and shape new business propositions to expand the Oracle finance offering.
Required Qualifications
- Oracle finance expertise across the estate
- Deep knowledge of Oracle Cloud ERP Financials
- Strong knowledge of the EPM suite including Planning (EPBCS), Consolidation (FCCS), and enterprise data management (EDMCS)
- Authority over enterprise structure, chart of accounts, and finance master data
- Breadth to cover Oracle finance modules typical of an implementation
- Depth in Oracle Subledger Accounting, Integration Cloud (OIC), profitability (PCMCS), or Oracle's embedded Fusion AI and agents
- Real depth across the finance process spine including Record-to-Report, Order-to-Cash, and Procure-to-Pay
- Judgement to connect the Oracle solution to the CFO agenda regarding performance, control, and reporting
- Strength across consolidation and group reporting
- Strength across management reporting
- Strength across intercompany and transfer pricing
- Eye for finance controls by design
- Ownership of end-to-end Oracle finance solution and integration architecture
- Role as finance design authority
- Ability to make calls on fit-to-standard and functional design
- Experience leading programmes and workstreams in front of the client
- Ability to manage senior stakeholders with authority
- Ability to lead and coach the team
- Experience of AI-augmented delivery
- Experience of Oracle's embedded Fusion AI and agents
- Ability to lead with authority and earn trust fast with senior finance and executive stakeholders
- Ability to run design workshops and bring people along
- Breadth to hold an entire Oracle finance engagement in your head
- Critical thinking to keep an engagement coherent under pressure
- Commercial instinct and a nose for where an account can grow

- Sound, decisive calls
- Oracle certification
- A track record leading large-scale, multi-pillar Oracle finance programmes end to end
- A professional finance or accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent industry experience)
