Oracle Finance Business Analyst

Job Summary
Oracle Finance Business Analyst responsible for functional design, implementation, and support of Oracle EBS functionality. Partner with business to understand processes, document issues and opportunities, and act as a consultant to improve usage of existing solutions. Lead Oracle Financials solution design and implementation activities, support day-to-day production issues, month-end close, integrations, and future projects. Prepare requirements and design documents, perform testing, and coordinate user testing. Drive finance transformation initiatives and continuous improvement. Role is hybrid with 3 days in the office in St. Ives, Peterborough area, UK, with occasional travel to France. Desirable experience includes MS Power BI, Oracle BI/OTBI, dashboards, data analytics, KPI reporting, and experience with SQL Server, PL/SQL, and related reporting tools. English fluency required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, accounting, or economics
- Extensive knowledge in Oracle Financials (Oracle ERP, end-to-end implementations)
- Project experience on ERP support projects in manufacturing
- Experience with Oracle Order to Cash and Procure to Pay cycles
- Ability to document clear requirements and produce functional design documents
- Experience with SSIS, SSRS, Wand reports, APRO, OneStream, AI automation tools (desirable)
- SQL/PL-SQL knowledge (desirable)
- Travel up to 5% to France when required (role-specific)
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, accounting, or economics (or equivalent)
- Experience with Oracle Financials (Oracle EBS R12) and end-to-end ERP projects
- Knowledge of Oracle Order to Cash and Procure to Pay cycles
- Proficiency with BI and reporting tools (e.g., MS Power BI, Oracle BI, OTBI, SSIS, SSRS, Wand reports)
- Experience in finance transformation initiatives and continuous improvement
- Strong requirement documentation and functional design skills
- Ability to work in a hybrid UK-based role with office days in St. Ives/Peterborough area
- English fluency (spoken and written)
