Job Summary
Develop multi-year organizational and talent strategies, lead organizational change, and drive local and global initiatives that deliver impact at scale for the F&A function. Partner with executives and senior leaders to execute annual talent and people plans, identify organizational priorities, and translate workforce data into actionable strategies that enable high-performing teams. Serve as a trusted advisor and business accelerator to shape people strategies that drive business performance while modernizing the HR operating model. Support the continued transformation and growth of one of Oracle's fastest-growing businesses by helping leaders design effective organizations and build critical talent.
