Job Summary
Lead Oracle ERP EBS and Cloud Financials implementations for State Street's global clients, guiding businesses through all project phases from requirement gathering to go-live cut-over and hypercare support. Analyze current systems to identify enhancements, then analyze, design, configure, and develop solutions for Fusion Financials Cloud modules including Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, and General Ledger. Manage multiple task assignments and lead teams to align financial configurations with business processes, ensuring senior-level expectations are met throughout the lifecycle.
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in Oracle ERP EBS and Cloud
- In depth understanding of Oracle Fusion Financials Cloud
- Excellent Functional Knowledge of Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, iExpense, AR, CM, GL and Accounting and Process Flows
- Solid Implementation experience of Fusion Financials Cloud
- Need focus on guiding and assisting Business through all phases of an Oracle Cloud Financials Implementation
- Ability to lead a team, work independently and manage multiple task assignments
- Senior enough to be able to independently handle Business expectations
- Gather business requirements through business process workshops
- Analysis, design, configure and development solutions for Oracle Financial Applications
- Go-live preparation and cut-over and hyper care support
- Prior experience leading or managing projects
- Configure the financial modules to align with Business processes
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
Desired Qualifications
- 1 to 2 years of support experience on top of implementation experience
- Bachelors or Master's degree in Accounting or Finance along with real life Accounting Experience
