Oracle EPM Technical Analyst

Job Summary
Design, build, and support Oracle EPM Cloud EPBCS solutions to enable accurate planning, forecasting, and reporting. Translate finance requirements into EPBCS models, calculations, and data integrations; develop and optimize business rules and Groovy scripts; build data integrations using Data Management, EPM Automate, REST APIs, and flat files. Collaborate with FP&A, Finance, and IT to deliver scalable, well-documented solutions; participate in the full development lifecycle from requirements to deployment and ongoing support. Ensure EPBCS applications are reliable, configurable, and easy for business users to adopt; contribute to Narrative Reporting efforts and integrate EPBCS with FCCS, EDM, and other Oracle EPM Cloud modules. Maintain documentation, provide production support, and identify opportunities to simplify models and improve performance, security, and change management. Proficiency with Groovy scripting, Data Management, EPM Automate, and basic REST API concepts; experience in Agile or structured delivery models; strong communication skills and ability to work independently within a Finance Systems team.
Required Qualifications
- 4–7 years of experience with Oracle EPM, strong hands-on EPBCS (Planning & Budgeting Cloud)
- Working knowledge of EPCM, FCCS, EDM, and Narrative Reporting
- Experience building dimensions, forms, business rules, and data integrations in EPBCS
- Familiar with Groovy scripting, EPM Automate, Data Management, and basic REST API concepts
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate with finance partners
