Job Summary
Define and govern the end-to-end architecture, technical standards, integrations, and platform roadmap for Oracle EPM applications including Planning, FCCS, EDMCS, ARCS, and Narrative Reporting. Provide technical leadership and delivery oversight across implementation and enhancement initiatives, ensuring solutions are scalable, maintainable, secure, and aligned with enterprise standards. Guide technical strategy, review solution designs, oversee integrations and data architecture, support complex issue resolution, and drive governance practices that enable long-term platform stability. Work closely with Finance leaders, project teams, and implementation partners to ensure Oracle EPM solutions align with business objectives and technology standards.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of Oracle EPM/Hyperion experience, including Oracle Cloud EPM solutions
- Proven experience as a Solution Architect, Technical Architect, or Technical Lead within enterprise EPM environments
- Deep expertise in Oracle Planning (EPBCS), FCCS, and related Oracle EPM modules
- Strong hands-on experience with metadata design, hierarchies, business rules, calculation scripts, and Groovy scripting
- Expertise in EPM integrations, automation, APIs, EPM Automate, and enterprise data flows
- Experience designing and governing EPM security models, application architecture, and performance optimization
- Strong understanding of FP&A, financial consolidation, close management, and financial reporting processes
- Proven track record providing technical governance, delivery oversight, and quality assurance across large-scale EPM programs
- Experience integrating Oracle EPM with ERP systems, data warehouses, and enterprise reporting platforms
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience
