Job Summary
Collaborate with clients to assess performance management needs and design Oracle-based solutions for budgeting, forecasting, financial consolidation, and reporting. Provide training and support for seamless integration of enterprise performance management tools while analyzing requirements to optimize operational efficiency. Conduct business process analysis to identify improvement opportunities, develop financial planning processes, and manage cost allocation. Monitor key performance indicators to track client outcomes and apply strategic data analysis for actionable insights.
Required Qualifications
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English
Desired Qualifications
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Accounting & Finance, Finance, Management Information Systems, Economics, Business Administration/Management
- At least one of the following: Oracle Cloud certification in Enterprise Performance Management or related Oracle EPM Cloud applications
- Demonstrating proficiency in Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE)
- Utilizing strategic data analysis for client-focused solutions
- Applying analytical thinking to complex business process analysis
- Excelling in financial planning and forecasting within diverse industries
- Embracing change and innovation in operational performance management
