Job Summary
Design and implement Oracle-based enterprise performance management solutions for budgeting, forecasting, and financial consolidation while collaborating with clients to assess needs and develop tailored approaches. Provide training and support for seamless integration of Oracle tools, guiding teams in strategic planning and execution of financial analysis processes. Utilize business process optimization models to enhance operational efficiency, oversee budget creation and forecast development, and maintain performance reports and key indicators. Manage client relationships, address conflicts, and coach team members to leverage unique strengths and deliver on expectations. Lead with integrity to articulate firm purpose while embracing technology and innovation to improve service delivery and client satisfaction within the PwC Acceleration Center India network.
Required Qualifications
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English
Desired Qualifications
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Accounting & Finance, Finance, Management Information Systems, Economics, Business Administration/Management
- At least one of the following: Oracle Cloud certification in Enterprise Performance Management or related Oracle EPM Cloud applications
- Demonstrating proficiency in Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE)
- Utilizing skills in Planning Budgeting and Forecasting (PBF)
- Excelling in financial forecasting and analysis
- Leveraging business process analysis for client solutions
- Developing strategies for operational performance management
