Job Summary
Lead and participate in Oracle EPM implementations, conducting requirement analysis and design sessions with clients. Develop and maintain functional design documents, configure applications, and provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting. Collaborate with technical teams for system integrations, manage metadata extraction and conversion processes, and deliver user training. Ensure compliance with best practices and company policies while working across EPM modules. This role supports morning shift operations with a hybrid setup (3x onsite per week) in Makati, requiring 5 to 7 years of hands-on experience and at least two full lifecycle implementations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field
- 5 to 7 years of hands-on experience with Oracle EPM
- At least 2 full lifecycle Oracle EPM implementations
- Strong understanding of financial processes and accounting principles
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
