Job Summary
Lead Oracle EPM projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results. Gather and analyze client requirements, translate them into EPM solutions, and develop functional design documents while overseeing configurations. Manage project teams, coordinate efforts between functional and technical resources, and provide post-implementation support including troubleshooting and issue resolution. Conduct user training sessions, develop training materials, and collaborate with the presales team to deliver business development solutions and effort estimates. Maintain strong client relationships to address ongoing needs. Requires a Bachelor's degree, 8 to 10 years of hands-on Oracle EPM experience, and at least 3 full-lifecycle implementations. Morning shift, hybrid setup (3x onsite per week) in Makati.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, information systems, or a related field
- 8 to 10 years of hands-on experience with Oracle EPM
- At least 3 full-lifecycle Oracle EPM implementations
- Proven experience in business development and presales activities
- Excellent project management skills
- Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously
