Job Summary
Lead Oracle EBS technical initiatives by building and tracking RICEW development plans, estimating effort for design, development, and testing, and coordinating cross-functional teams. Deliver high-level and low-level design documents, deployment plans, and timelines while ensuring adherence to formal standards and best practices. Manage requirements collection and solution delivery across multiple Oracle Application modules and Application Foundation within Release 12 environments, including data migration and third-party integrations. Utilize Agile or waterfall methodologies to drive project execution.
Required Qualifications
- Oracle EBS environment
- Tech Lead on multiple EBS projects
- Build and track RICEW development plan activities
- Estimate the level of effort and time to design, develop and test solutions
- Formal design and development standards, methodologies and best practices
- Build timelines, coordinate cross-functional teams, and prepare high-level and detailed design documents
- Oracle Forms
- Oracle Reports (BI / XML / RDF)
- Oracle Workflow
- Oracle RDBMS 10g
- Data Migration
- Integration of Oracle modules with third Party Applications
- Two or more Oracle Application modules
- Application Foundation (AOL)
- Oracle Release 12 environment
- Collect requirements, build high level design documents, low level design documents, and deployments documents
- Agile scrum and waterfall methodology
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- CMMI environment
- Oracle Certification
- 06-08 years
- Oracle E-Business (EBS) experience
- Bachelor/Master degree in Computer Science, or a related discipline or equivalent work experience
Desired Qualifications
- SQL
- PLSQL
- developing RICE components
- Willing to learn and work on new technologies
- Experience of having worked in a CMMI environment would be a plus
- Any Oracle Certification is an added key advantage
