Oracle EBS Supply Chain Specialist

Job Summary
As an Oracle EBS Supply Chain Specialist, you will configure, support, and optimize Oracle EBS SCM modules (INV, PO, OM) to enhance procurement, inventory, and order management processes. You will gather and analyze business requirements, translate them into user stories and functional specifications, troubleshoot using SQL and PL/SQL, develop and maintain system documentation, collaborate with cross-functional teams, support testing and validations, monitor system backlogs and upgrades, and deliver end-user training and knowledge transfer to ensure effective use of Oracle EBS systems. You will also analyze system and operational data to identify process improvements and support decision-making.
Required Qualifications
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and/or Canada
- Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Computer Engineering Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience configuring, customizing, and maintaining Oracle EBS environments
- Hands-on experience with Inventory (INV), Purchasing (PO), and Order Management (OM)
- 2+ years of experience writing and optimizing SQL and PL/SQL in Oracle environments
- Experience developing 3+ customizations using Forms, Reports, PL/SQL, Workflow, Interfaces, XML Publisher, or FSG Reports
- Experience in Oracle Business Intelligence (OBIEE/OBIA)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT or business roles supporting Oracle EBS systems
- Ability to travel up to 10% to support multiple operational sites
