Job Summary
Provide primary support for Oracle Financial modules (60% functional, 40% technical) by working closely with business users to scope requirements and convert them into technical specifications. Lead small to medium-sized projects end-to-end with internal and external IT teams, performing fit/gap analysis to standardize processes and reduce customizations. Debug system behaviors, manage RICEW components, and execute test scenarios while driving business teams through UAT. Deliver management summaries in business terms and maintain relationships with finance partners to analyze issues and define short-term and long-term fixes within a fast-paced Agile environment.
Required Qualifications
- bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, or a related discipline
- 3 to 9 years of demonstrated experience
- Oracle R12 EBS or Oracle Cloud applications
- Oracle EBS/ Cloud Applications Finance Techno Functional Consultant
- Experience in Oracle Financial modules
- functional knowledge on financial processes
- Must be able to join 1st week of Sept
- No immediate joiners
- Candidates must be available for interviews between 8 PM - 10:00 PM
- Candidates must be able to join next week (ideal)

- Experience in Oracle Financial modules and functional knowledge on financial processes is preferred

- Align business in moving to more standardize processes within Oracle EBS/ Cloud to reduce the customizations
- Identify/modify RICEW components
- Review functional/ technical specifications
- Provide feedbacks to make solutions more generic/ robust
- Test scenarios/ cases and execute them individually as well as drive business teams during UAT
- Provide management summary in business speaks for the issues, root cause, next steps in business terms
- Maintain the relationship with finance business partners
- Analyze the issue, find the short term/ long term fixes and enroll business partners
- Ability to work in fast pace and Agile environment
- Lead the projects with cross functional business teams, Internal and external IT teams
- Define the business case, requirements, solutions and make decisions along the way to drive everyone towards the goal
- Research new technologies and implement them to make business processes and interactions easier for users
