Job Summary
Optimize end-to-end supply chain processes by acting as the functional subject matter expert for Oracle EBS R12 modules, specifically Purchasing, iProcurement, Inventory Management, and Work in Progress. Collaborate with Procurement and Warehouse managers to document business requirements, lead User Acceptance Testing, and support system upgrades or new module implementations. Provide Tier 2/3 functional support to resolve complex issues related to procurement, warehouse management, and material transactions while developing documentation to ensure high end-user adoption. This role bridges business requirements and technical systems to drive operational efficiency and data integrity across Boeing Australia's global supply chain.
Required Qualifications
- Proven functional experience with Oracle EBS R12
- Knowledge of the integration points between PO, Supplier modules, and Inventory
- Requisitions, Purchase Orders, Blanket Purchase Agreements, and Approval Hierarchies domain knowledge
- Supplier registration, Site creation and process of supplier creation through to Purchase Order issuing domain knowledge
- Inventory management, shipping/receiving, material planning, cycle counting and warehouse movements domain knowledge
- Australian citizen with the ability and willingness to apply for a AGSVA clearance
Desired Qualifications
- Exceptional ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical business users
- Strong ability to perform root-cause analysis on data discrepancies (e.g., "Receipts not matching Purchase Order received amounts")
- Experience with Oracle WMS (Warehouse Management System) and Procurement modules
- Familiarization with SQL/PLSQL for data querying and troubleshooting
- Experience in a Manufacturing and Maintenance environment
- Previous experience participating in an Oracle implementation, upgrade or significant enhancement project
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field
