Job Summary
Oracle EBS Finance Techno-Functional Lead - Onsite role requiring SME-level expertise in Oracle EBS Financials. Responsible for translating business requirements into scalable technical designs, creating and maintaining AIM/OUM documentation (BR100, MD050, MD070), leading custom developments (RICE-W) without breaking standard functionality, and managing end-to-end project lifecycles (onshore/offshore resources, code quality). Focus areas include Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), and Record-to-Report (R2R) process optimization; provide Month-End/Year-End issue resolution and process improvements. Key technical capabilities include GL/AP/AR/FA/CE/SLA configuration, AGIS, eBTax, AME, SQL/PLSQL, BI Publisher/XML Publisher, Oracle Reports, FSG, Oracle Workflow Builder, AME, Oracle Forms Personalization, and interfaces via REST/SOAP and SQL*Loader. The candidate will have 12+ years in Oracle EBS, 2 full lifecycle implementations, and a R12.2.x upgrade, plus a Bachelor’s degree in a related field; preferred certifications in Financials or PL/SQL Development.
Required Qualifications
- 12+ years of total experience in the Oracle EBS ecosystem
- at least 4+ years operating in a Techno-Functional Lead or Solution Architect capacity
- completed at least two full-lifecycle implementations and one R12.2.x upgrade
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL; experience with BI Publisher (XML Publisher), Oracle Reports, FSG; experience with REST/SOAP web services, concurrent programs, and SQL*Loader
- Strong understanding of GAAP/IFRS accounting principles, financial reporting, and multi-org/multi-currency setups
- Knowledge of Advanced Global Intercompany System (AGIS), E-Business Tax (eBTax), and Approvals Management Engine (AME)
- Familiarity with Oracle Application Framework (OAF) or ADF; Oracle Forms Personalization
Desired Qualifications
