Job Summary
Oversee delivery operations across Oracle Practice centers, supervising multidisciplinary teams of developers, consultants, and analysts to ensure high-quality service and client satisfaction. Manage the planning, execution, and delivery of complex Oracle projects, including ERP, Cloud, and Database solutions, while monitoring performance, identifying risks, and implementing mitigation strategies. Serve as the primary point of contact for Member Firms regarding offshore delivery, fostering strong relationships and ensuring alignment with their needs. Develop operational policies and standards to optimize processes and resource allocation within the team. Lead the building of a collaborative environment focused on innovation and professional growth.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, business, or a related field
- Minimum of over 20 years of relevant experience
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in Oracle technologies and solutions
- Proven track record of managing large teams and delivering complex projects in an offshore delivery center or similar environment
- Strong technical knowledge of Oracle products, including but not limited to Oracle ERP, Oracle Cloud, Oracle Database, Oracle Fusion Middleware, and Oracle EPM
- Experience working in a global delivery model and managing cross-functional, geographically dispersed teams
- Strong understanding of industry-specific business processes and how Oracle solutions can be applied to enhance them
- Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
