Job Summary
Lead the implementation and management of Oracle Cloud solutions to optimize client operations by analyzing needs and developing tailored technology strategies. Oversee installation, configuration, and administration of Oracle products, while guiding teams in Oracle Application Development Framework and Cloud Infrastructure development. Drive process improvement initiatives, collaborate with client leadership on business transformation, and confirm compliance with professional standards. Address conflicts with clients and stakeholders to uphold technical excellence. Manage project planning, budgeting, and execution to ensure successful delivery. This role supports the Acceleration Center India's global teams in Advisory, Assurance, Tax, and Business Services.
Required Qualifications
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English
Desired Qualifications
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Computer Science, Computer and Information Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Science
- At least one of the following: Oracle Cloud certification in technical, integration, database, or related Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) domains
- Demonstrating proficiency in Oracle Application Development Framework (ADF) and Oracle Business Intelligence (BI) Publisher
- Utilizing strategic technology planning to drive business transformation
- Excelling in process improvement and optimization for client solutions
- Embracing change and innovation to enhance service delivery
- Mentoring and coaching team members to develop their skills and performance
