Job Summary
Lead cross-functional discussions to analyze requirements, brainstorm solutions, and articulate industry best practices to stakeholders. Document gap analyses against standard Oracle functional flows and design configurations for Sourcing, Supplier Qualification Management, Purchasing, and other modules. Configure Oracle Cloud based on design requirements, develop RICEW technical enhancements, and create training materials for end users. Act as functional lead for multiple implementations, manage RAID logs, and present updates to client and executive leadership. Provide thought leadership on operational efficiencies and profitability while ensuring successful go-live and hyper-care support.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or Technology
- 10+ years progressive experience in a consulting environment or related industry experience working directly with Oracle E-Business Suite or Oracle Cloud Fusion Applications
- 5+ years' experience with business processes around and in implementing the following Oracle Cloud modules: Sourcing, Supplier Qualification Management, Supplier Portal, Purchasing, Self-Service Procurement, Procurement Contracts and Inventory
- Proven experience as an Oracle Cloud lead on at least 3 full life cycle implementations
- Remote from home location in the United States
- Ability to travel nationwide up to 30% to client site
Desired Qualifications
- Oracle Certification in Procurement module
- Experience in Oracle Cloud OTBI, BI Publisher, and other Reporting tools
