Job Summary
Lead cross-functional discussions with client business users to analyze requirements, brainstorm solutions, and recommend industry best practices. Document gap analyses against standard Oracle Cloud functional flows and design configurations using both standard and customized solutions. Configure Oracle Cloud modules, develop design documentation, and assist in implementing multiple modules including Order Management, Shipping Execution, and Pricing & Supply Chain Orchestration. Actively contribute to project status meetings, manage RAID logs, and prepare training materials to support end-user adoption and hyper-care support at go-live. Provide thought leadership on operational efficiencies while leading regular project status updates for internal teams and executive leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or Technology
- 10+ years progressive experience in a consulting environment or related industry experience working directly with Oracle E-Business Suite or Oracle Cloud Fusion Applications
- 5+ years' experience with business processes around and in implementing the following Oracle Cloud modules: Order Management, Shipping Execution, Pricing & Supply Chain Orchestration
- Proven experience as an Oracle Cloud lead on at least 3 full life cycle implementations
- Self-motivated, positive attitude, with a can-do approach
- Work independently and manage multiple task assignments in a fast-paced environment
- Interact effectively with team and with clients through in person meetings, chat, email, phone, and video conferencing as appropriate
- Excellent verbal and written communication along with strong analytical skills
- Resolve problems in a timely and effective manner, involving project managers and executive management as appropriate
- Demonstrate high level computer skills and knowledge in Office 365 environment including Teams, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, OneNote, Visio, and SharePoint
- Remote from home location in the United States
- Ability to travel nationwide up to 30% to client site
Desired Qualifications
- Exposure to Procurement Suite, Inventory, Costing, Manufacturing, Supply & Demand Planning and Warehouse Management Systems/LogFire is a strong plus
- Oracle Certification in Order Management module would be an added advantage
- Experience in Oracle Cloud OTBI, BI Publisher, and other Reporting tools is a plus
