Job Summary
Lead cross-functional discussions with client business users to analyze requirements, brainstorm solutions, and articulate industry best practices. Document gap analyses against standard Oracle Cloud functional flows and design, configure, and test customized solutions using RICEW enhancements. Create design documentation, prepare training materials, and conduct user demonstrations throughout the implementation lifecycle, including hyper-care support at go-live. Provide thought leadership on operational efficiencies, lead regular project status meetings, and present updates to internal teams and executive leadership. Act independently to manage multiple task assignments while resolving issues involving project managers and management. Requires 10+ years of Oracle Cloud experience, 5+ years in Manufacturing modules, and a Bachelor's degree. Remote US-based role with up to 30% travel.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or Technology
- 10+ years progressive experience in a consulting environment or related industry experience working directly with Oracle E-Business Suite or Oracle Cloud Fusion Applications
- 5+ years' experience with business processes around and in implementing the following Oracle Cloud modules: Manufacturing (Discrete & Process), Inventory and Cost Management
- Proven experience as an Oracle Cloud lead on at least 3 full life cycle implementations
- Remote from home location in the United States
- Ability to travel nationwide up to 30% to client site
Desired Qualifications
- Exposure to Supply & Demand Planning, Order Management, Shipping Execution, Pricing, Supply Chain Orchestration and Procurement Suite is a strong plus
- Oracle Certification in Manufacturing modules would be an added advantage
- Experience in Oracle Cloud OTBI, BI Publisher, and other Reporting tools is a plus
