Oracle Cloud Security Lead - Manager

Job Summary
Lead end-to-end security design, build, testing, and go-live activities for Oracle Fusion Cloud applications across HCM, Finance, SCM, EPM, and Risk Management & Compliance. Own project charter documentation, including the kickoff deck, project plan, RACI, dependencies, risks, and mitigation plans, while communicating directly with client stakeholders through daily stand-ups, weekly status updates, monthly reviews, and SteerCo meetings. Review architecture and govern implementation of role-based access control, data security policies, and segregation of duties frameworks across Fusion modules, and oversee OCI IAM and PaaS landing zone security configurations. Analyze project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure solution compliance with UAE data residency and regulatory requirements throughout the delivery lifecycle.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field
- 10+ years of Oracle security experience
- Advanced proficiency in Project Management
- Strong functional understanding of Oracle SaaS applications (HCM, Finance, SCM, EPM, Primavera, Sales Cloud, Retail) and OCI services (OIC, API Gateway, Firewalls, WAF, KMS, Vault, Cloud Guard)
- Hands-on expertise governing RBAC, data security policies, and segregation of duties (SoD) frameworks across Fusion modules
- Experience leading design workshops, project governance forums (stand-ups, status reviews, SteerCo), and hypercare with client stakeholders

- Prior UAE/GCC project exposure and familiarity with regional data residency and regulatory requirements
- Proven ability to identify and convert follow-on work through upselling and cross-selling
- Track record of driving delivery process improvements and service-quality initiatives
