Job Summary
Lead the design, development, and maintenance of complex HCM reports and dashboards using Oracle Cloud tools such as OTBI and BI Publisher. Partner with HR leadership and business stakeholders to gather requirements, translate complex analytical findings into executive-ready presentations, and deliver actionable workforce insights. Optimize and enhance existing reporting solutions while ensuring data integrity, security, and compliance with governance policies. Manage large-scale Oracle Cloud implementations, upgrades, and transformation initiatives, establishing standardized reporting delivery models and comprehensive documentation standards. Conduct regular audits, validations, and quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency across the organization.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field
- Minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience designing and developing Human Capital Management (HCM) reports and dashboards using Oracle Cloud reporting tools such as Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI) and BI Publisher
- Demonstrated experience working in a fast-paced, high-demand environment with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality reporting solutions under tight timelines
- Proven experience operating at a senior level, partnering directly with HR and business leadership to translate complex requirements into scalable reporting and analytics solutions
Desired Qualifications
- Oracle Cloud Certification in ERP, HCM, or Reporting strongly preferred
