Job Summary

Lead the design, development, and maintenance of complex HCM reports and dashboards using Oracle Cloud tools like OTBI and BI Publisher. Develop advanced data models and ad-hoc solutions to meet evolving enterprise analytics needs while optimizing for performance, accuracy, and scalability. Analyze large workforce datasets to identify trends and translate findings into executive-ready presentations. Partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, and business stakeholders to define requirements and deliver high-impact reporting solutions. Configure reporting environments, conduct regular audits, and establish documentation standards to ensure data integrity and governance compliance. Manage report scheduling, distribution, and access control processes. This role supports large-scale Oracle Cloud implementations and requires senior-level independence with minimal supervision.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience designing and developing Human Capital Management (HCM) reports and dashboards using Oracle Cloud reporting tools such as Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI) and BI Publisher
  • Demonstrated experience working in a fast-paced, high-demand environment with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality reporting solutions under tight timelines
  • Proven experience operating at a senior level, partnering directly with HR and business leadership to translate complex requirements into scalable reporting and analytics solutions
  • Advanced proficiency with Oracle Cloud reporting tools, including Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI), BI Publisher, and Financial Reporting Studio
  • Strong experience designing and developing complex, enterprise-level custom reports and dashboards, including working with custom data models and ensuring alignment with business and strategic objectives
  • Demonstrated experience supporting large-scale Oracle Cloud implementations, upgrades, or transformation initiatives in a fast-paced, high-demand environment
  • Experience managing and optimizing data integration and reporting flows between Oracle Cloud modules and external enterprise systems
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while effectively engaging and presenting to stakeholders across all levels of management within the organization

Desired Qualifications

  • Oracle Cloud Certification in ERP, HCM, or Reporting
