Job Summary
Lead requirements gathering, discovery workshops, and business process analysis with client stakeholders to translate needs into Oracle HCM Cloud functional designs and system configurations. Configure Core HR, Time & Labor, and Absence Management modules while performing fit-gap analysis and recommending best practices. Support implementations through design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-production, including SIT, UAT, defect management, and production support. Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, reporting, and security, and manage data conversion, validation, reconciliation, and migration activities. Develop functional documentation, training materials, and business process flows within an Agile delivery environment. Provide mentorship to junior consultants and manage client expectations throughout project delivery.
Required Qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of Oracle HCM experience
- Experience supporting multiple Oracle HCM Cloud implementations from design through production deployment
- Strong functional expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud
- Experience leading client workshops and gathering functional requirements
- Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud configuration and business process design
- Experience supporting SIT, UAT, and production deployments
- Strong stakeholder communication and consulting skills
- Experience working within Agile project environments
