Job Summary
Design, develop, and optimize fast formulas within the Oracle Cloud HCM environment by collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical specifications. Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to formula development while providing guidance on best practices for deployment and maintaining documentation for ongoing support. Ensure all formulas remain robust, scalable, and compliant with organizational standards. This role requires U.S. citizenship and offers a base pay range of $100,200–$203,400 USD.
Required Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud HCM fast formulas, including configuration, customization, and integration with other HCM modules
- Experience leading formula development projects, working with stakeholders to deliver tailored solutions, and maintaining documentation for ongoing support
- U.S. Citizen
- Work authorization that does not now or in the future require sponsorship of a visa for employment authorization in the United States
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with tools such as Oracle HCM Cloud, Oracle, and related reporting and analytics platforms
- Experience leading Oracle Cloud HCM Fast Formula development teams
- Oracle Cloud HCM certification
- Knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM modules (e.g., Payroll, Benefits, Absence Management)
- Experience with Oracle Cloud HCM integrations and reporting
