Job Summary
Financial Systems Analyst focusing on configuring Oracle Cloud ERP / Fusion and supporting the Financial Operations team. Role centers on defining and configuring Oracle ERP modules (Procurement, Financials, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Fixed Assets, Consolidation Ledgers, Cash Management), producing and validating business requirements with end-users, creating reports and dashboards (Oracle Analytics, OTBI, SmartView, SQL, Power BI), and supporting global rollout initiatives outside North America. Responsibilities include project management support, responding to user tickets, documenting solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams (Accounting, Tax, Treasury, FP&A, IT, Engineering, Supply Chain), and aiding user training and change management. Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree and proficiency with Excel; 1+ years of Oracle Fusion ERP or similar ERP experience is preferred. Base pay range is $60,000-$80,000 with a 15% annual bonus potential; employer emphasizes equal opportunity employment.
