Job Summary
Lead a team of functional consultants and guide senior business leaders on best practices while owning the functional integrity of the entire Oracle Cloud ERP solution area. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, manage resources, and steer the program through its lifecycle from planning to execution and closure. Apply expertise in Project Program & Portfolio Governance to establish a robust framework ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget. Navigate complex project landscapes, communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, and drive continuous improvement within the program.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree
- 10+ years of industry experience
- Experience in leading financial system implementations, particularly within the Oracle Cloud environment
- Hands-on experience in end-to-end financial processes, from system configuration to user training and support
- Minimum 8 + years Oracle ERP Cloud General Ledger solution experience
- 3+ full cycle implementation and configuration experience
- Strong knowledge of federal and commercial ERP / Financial business processes
- Additional working knowledge of other ERP Cloud modules
- US Citizenship
- The ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance
