Job Summary
Own the end-to-end solution architecture and multi-year roadmap for the Oracle Cloud EPM platform, providing strategic guidance on leveraging Planning, Financial Consolidation, and Enterprise Data Management modules. Establish enterprise-wide governance for master data, hierarchies, and business rules to ensure data integrity across the finance organization. Lead the successful delivery of full-cycle EPM projects from initial design and configuration to final user adoption, overseeing a team of developers and analysts while enforcing best practices for security and data integration. Act as the primary advisor to senior Finance leadership, translating complex business needs into scalable solutions within the Oracle Cloud EPM framework.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 10+ years of EPM/CPM implementation experience
- At least 5 years focused exclusively on the Oracle Cloud EPM suite
- Proven experience leading the architecture and delivery of multiple (2+) full-cycle implementations of Oracle Cloud EPM modules, specifically Planning (EPBCS) and Financial Consolidation and Close (FCCS)
- Hands-on, expert-level knowledge of designing and configuring Oracle Cloud EPM applications, including data integrations, Calculation Manager (Business Rules), and security
- Expert-level understanding of core finance processes (financial close, budgeting/forecasting, management reporting) and how they are enabled by Oracle EPM technology
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams and manage relationships with senior business executives

- Direct experience with Enterprise Data Management (EDMCS) for managing enterprise hierarchies and metadata
- Advanced Degree
