Job Summary
Lead complex, enterprise-scale Oracle Cloud transformation programs with accountability for data migration/conversion strategy and execution, along with security architecture and internal controls configuration. The Senior Manager will partner with clients, manage risk, solve complex business problems, and ensure project completion while mentoring a team of senior consultants. Required skills include Oracle Cloud Application Security, Segregation of Duties policies, data conversion strategy, and experience with Oracle data migration tools. Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience in leading data conversion/migration workstreams and strong proficiency in Oracle Cloud security.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., MIS, IS).
- 7+ years working in professional services or industry.
- 7+ years of progressive experience in Oracle Cloud / Oracle Applications implementations.
- 5+ years leading data conversion/migration workstreams on Oracle Fusion Cloud projects (multiple full lifecycle implementations preferred).
- 5+ years hands-on experience designing and implementing Oracle Cloud Security & Controls (Fusion Security, AAC, AFC, RMC, SoD, GRC).
Desired Qualifications
- Professional Oracle certifications strongly preferred.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Risk Management Cloud (Advanced Access Controls / Financial Controls).
- Familiarity with data quality & governance tools (Informatica, Talend, Syniti, Oracle Data Intelligence).
- Experience with large-scale cutover and hypercare support.
