Oracle CC&B Functional Consultant

Job Summary
Lead end-to-end Oracle CC&B implementations for a large North American utility, including requirements gathering, solution design, testing, deployment, and ongoing support. Configure and customize CC&B modules (Rates & Billing, Payments, Credit Collections, Customer Management, Metering/Device management) to meet business needs; design integrations with third-party systems (AWM, GIS, Payments, ERP, Bill Presentment, MDM) using secure protocols. Provide leadership and mentoring to project teams, facilitate workshops and training for stakeholders, troubleshoot complex system issues with root-ccause analysis, and deliver high-quality project documentation. Collaborate with multi-functional teams to ensure successful system adoption, translate business processes into Oracle CC&B configurations, and design solutions for customer care, billing, collections, and related functionalities to improve operational efficiency. Travel and cross-location collaboration are expected as part of a hybrid work environment.
Required Qualifications
- Related University degree or Technical Diploma in IT, Engineering, or related subject area
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in Oracle CC&B as a Solution Architect or Senior Consultant
- Hands-on experience configuring and customizing CC&B modules
- Good understanding of utility industry processes and CC&B functionalities
- Experience leading end-to-end CC&B implementations and workshops
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills
- Preferred: Oracle Utilities certifications
- Experience with integrations using secure protocols with third-party systems
- Willingness to travel (as per posting)
- Ability to translate business requirements into Oracle CC&B configurations and solutions
- Experience with design thinking, process mapping, and workshop facilitation
