Job Summary
The Oracle Business Systems Analyst will support the Oracle EBS system, including resolving help desk requests and providing back-up to other Business Analysts. Key responsibilities include assisting with EDI initiatives, troubleshooting system issues, gathering requirements, and providing end-user training. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years of experience with Oracle E-Business Suite 12.2, including specific module experience in Release Management, Order Management, Shipping, and Warehouse Management. Strong communication and project management skills are essential for this role, along with a background in manufacturing.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or other related field required
- 3 – 5 years of experience in a business analysis role with Oracle E-Business Suite 12.2
- Strong written and verbal communication skills required
- Excellent project management skills
- System Administration skills
- Experience working in manufacturing
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Desired Qualifications
- Previous Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) experience, preferably in the automotive industry
- Knowledge of Oracle SQL database
- Experience in EDI mapping development
- Familiarity with Seeburger EDI software
- Knowledge of Loftware/NiceLabel labeling software
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Ability to handle multiple priorities with minimal supervision
