Job Summary
Lead delivery and production readiness for high-priority Oracle Procurement initiatives, including the S&K JV Distribution Center launch and RL Direct Ship programs. Manage L2/L3 application support, oversee major incident management, and drive root cause analysis to ensure 99.9% platform availability. Coordinate cross-functional teams for strategic projects such as Infrastructure Helix and Buyer Automation, while executing annual SOX compliance and quarterly health reviews. Present delivery health and risk reports to senior leadership and facilitate governance meetings.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of Oracle Applications experience
- 5+ years managing Oracle Application Support teams
- Strong experience with Oracle Procurement Cloud or Oracle E-Business Suite Procurement modules
- Experience supporting Purchasing
- Experience supporting iProcurement
- Experience supporting Supplier Management
- Experience supporting Sourcing
- Experience supporting Approvals
- Experience supporting Inventory
- Experience supporting Order Management
- Experience managing global application support
- Knowledge of ITIL processes
- Strong understanding of SOX controls and compliance
- Experience with release management and change management
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Desired Qualifications
- Oracle Cloud Procurement implementation/support experience
- Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
- Experience with Oracle BPM/Approvals workflows
- Knowledge of REST/SOAP integrations
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- PMP, ITIL, or Oracle certifications are a plus
