OR Team Lead RN

Oversee daily clinical operations in the operating room, ensuring optimal workflow, resource allocation, and compliance with hospital policies. Conduct preoperative assessments, develop care plans, and prepare patients for surgery by positioning, antisepsis, and safety verification. Assist anesthesia with intubation, fluid monitoring, and blood product administration while performing surgical counts and managing specimens. Maintain infection prevention standards, monitor intraoperative safety, and lead post-procedure cleanup and documentation. Provide clinical mentorship to the perioperative team and ensure accurate EMR documentation. Requires RN licensure, BCLS, and ACLS certifications with 3-5 years of perioperative nursing experience.
