Job Summary
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients across the health-illness continuum while collaborating with the multidisciplinary team. Document planned interventions and revise care plans based on evaluative data to achieve targeted clinical quality and customer satisfaction measures. Participate in process improvement activities focused on safety, quality, and efficiency as a High Reliability Organization. Commit to a 30-minute on-call response time including driving, parking, and reporting to the charge nurse within the specified timeframe. Transition into intraoperative care through a customized residency program featuring preceptors, subject matter experts, and small peer groups.
Required Qualifications
- Current registered nurse license from the State of Ohio
- BLS - Basic Life Support - American Heart Association
- RN - Registered Nurse - Ohio Board of Nursing
- Knowledge in assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of nursing care
- Must be able to commit to a 30 minute on-call response time which includes: driving to the facility, parking, walking in, changing into OR scrubs, and reporting to the charge nurse within 30 minutes
