OR Surgery Nurse (RN)

Conduct complete patient assessments, verify operative procedures and sites, and maintain accurate intraoperative nursing records. Administer medications per physician orders, perform sponge and instrument counts, and assist anesthesia personnel during surgeries. Scrub and circulate for all specialties while ensuring patient safety with electrical equipment and proper positioning. Collect and label specimens, manage specialty supplies, and cover call shifts with a 15-minute response time.
