OR RN Surgery Per Diem Capitol Hill

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate ongoing nursing care for patients in surgical services, including general surgery, ENT, and ambulatory surgery centers. Develop written care plans, administer IV medications, perform wound care, and provide patient and family teaching for complex procedures. Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate services, manage admission and discharge planning, and modify care plans based on patient status changes. Adhere to Kaiser Foundation Health Plan of Washington standards for safety, infection control, and documentation while promoting patient self-care and health promotion.
