OR RN Surgery Per Diem Capitol Hill

Assess nursing care needs of patients in surgical services, including General Surgery, ENT, and Orthopedics, using the nursing process to develop written care plans. Administer IV medications, perform wound care, and provide patient/family teaching for complex procedures and high-risk individuals. Collaborate with the health care team to implement outcome-focused plans, coordinate discharge planning, and evaluate patient responses to interventions. Maintain KFHPW documentation standards, infection control guidelines, and safety protocols while participating in quality assurance activities. Requires Washington RN license, BLS certification, and an Associate's degree in Nursing.
