OR RN Surgery 3-10's Capitol Hill

Assess, plan, and implement nursing care for patients undergoing surgical or invasive procedures across General Surgery, ENT, Neurosurgery, and Orthopedics. Perform complex procedures including wound care and IV medication administration while coordinating care with the health care team. Provide patient and family teaching for complex procedures, develop individualized care plans, and evaluate patient responses to interventions. Anticipate changes in patient status, modify care plans as needed, and ensure adherence to Kaiser Foundation Health Plan of Washington safety and infection control standards. Requires a Registered Nurse license (Washington) and BLS certification. 3-10 hour shifts with varying days based on department needs.
