Job Summary
Travel OR RN on a 13-week contract in Vail, CO. Provide expert operating room nursing care, collaborate with providers and staff to ensure patient safety and satisfaction, triage incoming requests, deliver patient education, administer medications, perform treatments, and assist in procedures. Coordinate patient care with other practices and facilities; work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining HIPAA compliance. Requires Colorado RN license or valid compact-state licensure, BLS and ACLS certifications, and at least 1 year of OR experience. Required Qualifications
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of Colorado or from a valid compact state
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications required
- Need 1 year experience in setting
- Ability to triage incoming patient requests and deliver patient education
- Competent in healthcare assessment, prioritization, and critical thinking skills
- Administer medications, perform treatments, and assist in procedures
- Coordinate patient care with other physician practices and healthcare facilities
- Work independently with minimal supervision
- HIPAA compliant
