Job Summary
RN Charge-Clinical Coordinator in the OR at Physicians Regional Medical Center - North campus (Naples, FL). Oversees operations of the nursing unit during assigned shifts, supervises nursing staff, coordinates patient care with healthcare teams, ensures compliance with regulations and hospital policies, and promotes safe, high-quality patient care. Key duties include supervising staff, evaluating performance, coordinating care and patient flow, leading unit huddles and handoffs, maintaining infection control practices, supporting education and professional development, and responding to emergencies. Requires 1-2 years of clinical nursing experience, RN licensure, and BLS; ACLS preferred. Full-time day shift with incentives such as sign-on bonuses and loan contributions.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of clinical nursing experience required
- RN - Registered Nurse - State Licensure and/or Compact State Licensure required
- BLS - Basic Life Support required
