OR Registered Nurse (RN)

As an OR Registered Nurse (RN) in this full-time role, you will be an integral member of the surgical team, coordinating patient care across preoperative, intraoperative, and recovery phases. You will perform patient assessments, monitor vital signs, record and communicate outcomes, develop and implement individualized care plans, collaborate with patients and the healthcare team to ensure continuity of care, and maintain a safe patient environment. In the surgical setting, you will prepare the operating room, assist surgeons and personnel during procedures, monitor patients, conduct risk assessments, enforce infection control, document nursing interventions in electronic health records, and operate the C-Arm/fluoroscope when assigned. Professional development and ongoing education are encouraged to support clinical excellence in a fast-paced outpatient setting.
