OR Registered Nurse

Provide direct bedside RN care in a hospital setting within Mission Health. Perform comprehensive patient assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, administer medications and treatments, monitor patient status, and respond promptly to emergent situations using sound clinical judgment. Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic health record, educate patients and families about diagnoses, treatments, and discharge plans, and collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and an interdisciplinary team to ensure safe, high-quality outcomes. Adhere to infection prevention and regulatory standards, participate in quality improvement initiatives, and contribute to a respectful, team-oriented environment focused on professional growth, patient safety, and excellence on the unit.
